I don't really understand this part of your message: Did you ever add the -X
parameter to the debug=1 ... storage_magic line?

The "to have them executed, use -X" are in the fai.log.
I do not it add to the "debug=1 ...storage...."
If you want i cant post an archive of my config directory. and anything
that could help
