another lenny problem

as i wrote in an older e-mail i'm running a fai-server 3.2.4 on a lenny machine with tftpd and dhcpd and try to install lenny on the clients as well. The clients are doing a succesful pxe-boot, starting the kernel image (2.6.22-3-486), bringing up eth0 again but then runing into a kernel panic during nfs_lookup calls (i have no problems to mount the nfs exports from other machines). i attached the fai-server setup log. maybe someone has an idea what went wrong?
