Hi all. I'm trying to install with a fai-cd a couple of PCs that have a Jmicron JMB368 IDE controller and a sata disk.
When booting up, the fai cd boots up correctly, i see the grub menĂ¹ and then it stops after the blue line "Gibraltar FAI 3.1.8": loading, searching for cd... trying to locate cdrom: no ATAPI CD-ROM drivers found searching for installed SCSI adapters.... /linuxrc:561: cannot create: directory nonexistent ... Please note that a standard debian netinst iso boots fine. So i have added some modules to $kernelmodules as jmicron, ide_core, ecc. but without success. Note that the standard debian netinst shows me some "JMB368:" lines that are not present in fai-cd boot log. Then I suppose that jmicron module is not really loaded at this time. Any hint? TIA -- Sandro.
