You are using an old version of setup-storage (and FAI). Could you try
a newer version. IIRC a fix had been added to setup-storage for the
"Table header not seen yet" problem.
Thanks, you are right. I didn't have the experimental koeln source in
my nfsroot sources.list and remade my nfsroot.
I now have in my nfsroot (and on the server)
