I'm back! =)

Could you give 4.0~beta2+experimental48 a try on this test system of yours? I've
already asked Mât and Nicolas to test this version as you might have just seen,
but the more testers we get, the better :-)

So, I've updated our production ready system to 3.4.7 and installed 4.0~beta2+experimental49 on a test server. Both seem to work fine with our current config. Now I'm just not sure what the disk_config/ file should look like. This is our current working one without preservations:

disk_config disk1 bootable:1
primary - 512 - -
primary - 0- - -

disk_config disk2 bootable:1
primary - 512 - -
primary - 0- - -

disk_config raid
raid1 /boot sda1,sdb1 ext3 rw,errors=remount-ro
raid1 - sda2,sdb2 ext3 default

disk_config lvm
vg vg0 md1
vg0-swap swap 4096 swap rw
vg0-local /usr/local 10240 ext3 rw
vg0-src /usr/src 10240 ext3 rw
vg0-usr /usr 10240 ext3 rw
vg0-var /var 10240 ext3 rw
vg0-tmp /tmp 2048 ext3 rw
vg0-home /home 97280 ext3 rw
vg0-root / 4096 ext3 rw

Where we would like to preserve /home, and I think we want to use preserve_lazy or preserve_reinstall. So my guess is that we have to preserve disk1, disk2 and raid :2 and lvm :vg0-home, am I right?

I'll get back on this subject tomorrow.
