Please check if bug #695134 is related to this,
because it's fixed in FAI 4.0.5.
It seems to me not related with #695134, because $stime is always set
to $sourcefile/$class mtime even after the patch.
If not, it would be nice if you could
file a bug report for this.
I've filled a bug report - still waiting for bug number due to greylisting.
