yes, that should probably be http://ftp.debian.org/debian, but I believe the manual part of setting up a FAI server includes editing that line and choosing an appropriate mirror anyway :). It certainly wouldn't hurt to have a working (if not optimal) default, though. If the rationale is to *force* people to edit the setting (to prevent putting too much load on the default server(s)), I'd suggest leaving the value empty, supplying a working example as comment, and letting make-fai-nfsroot choke on an empty FAI_DEBOOTSTRAP with an appropriate error message.
