FAI 5.8.4 and 5.8.4~bpo9+2

I've released FAI 5.8.4 for buster which is version 5.8.4~bpo9+2 for
stretch. Both are available from the package repository at
fai-project.org.

This version includes three minor bug fixes and some typo fixes.
