linux raid and ext3.

are there any issues with using ext3 and journalling on linux raid
devices?  i thought i remembered something about lost journals on resizing
or something, but i'm not sure where that came from or if there's any
truth to it.  anyway, any info would be appreciated.

also, where can one find the latest stable-ish ext3
patches/utilities/stuff?
