I've released updates to my stackable file systems for linux. The updates work for up to 2.2.10 and 2.3.10. You can find all software in http://www.cs.columbia.edu/~ezk/research/software/. The packages include (small) kernel patches, and sources for several stackable file system modules: lofs, wrapfs, rot13fs, and cryptfs. Let me know if you have any questions.
