As far as I can tell, if you /don't/ say 'Y' to the "Advanced partition
selection", the config scripts will enable sensible defaults for your
architecture anyway; i.e. on ia32 it will enable "PC BIOS (MSDOS)". Indeed,
if you go into that menu, turn advanced part.s on, turn PC part.s off, and
then turn advanced part.s off and then on again, PC part.s will re-appear. Did
that make sense? ;-)

I guess the "Advanced selection" option could do with a para or two explaining
this behaviour.
