This makes the driver use the data pointer added to the gpio_chip
to store a pointer to the state container instead of relying on
container_of().

BTW: would be nice if the MIPS GPIO drivers could move down
to drivers/gpio in the long run. This should compile with
just #include <linux/gpio/driver.h>, I hope that works.
