(Thanks, Alan.)

The CVS version should stand a good chance of compiling, installing and
doing some basic running on Solaris.

A few points:

1. My own work has been mostly getting it to compile, install and run some
very simple "IPaddr" configurations. This works at our site.

2. I haven't looked into more complicated (e.g. CRM) configurations.

3. Solaris 10 has exposed a bug in GNU binutils linker (Solaris 8 and 9
are OK). But you should be OK with Sun's own "ld".

4. If you can try it on Solaris your feedback would be most welcome,
please!

I agree with Alan with your questions about configuration are perhaps
better put to the main mailing list (rather than here on "linux-ha-dev").
But if you encounter any issues of building (compile, link, install) or
OS-specific issues, then this "linux-ha-dev" may be the better place for
those particular items. (I'm on "-dev" but not on the mail list.)

Best wishes.
