The following files still refer to /bin/bash, can they be fixed if there's another release?

./snmp_subagent/SNMPAgentSanityCheck.in:#!/bin/bash
./heartbeat/lib/hb_takeover.in:#!/bin/bash
./heartbeat/rc.d/hb_takeover.in:#!/bin/bash
./heartbeat/rc.d/hb_takeover:#!/bin/bash
./heartbeat/resource.d/db2.in:SH=/bin/bash

I wrote several of those (most of them actually), and they don't require bash - I certainly didn't add those #bash lines to them.

Should they be changed to /bin/sh?

Yup.
