I have tested the mgmtd with gnutls1.0, it works.
So I suggest that use gnutls_transport_ptr instead of gnutls_transport_ptr_t.
Then we can build it with both gnutls 1.0 and 1.1.
Any comment?

Huang Zhen pointed out to me on IRC that I should be building
with gnutls 1.1, which does indeed solve the problem.
Shouldn't we test this in autoconf also?
