One chnage in apache configuration is the DefaultCharset, change from "on" to
"utf-8" in the
/etc/apache/httpd.conf.
OK. I can live with that.
I'll just fix the PHP scripts as needed. It might lengthen the outage a
few hours. Shouldn't be problem though.
