This commit is a mess.
It breaks everything.
I'm backing it out.
Do NOT make non-trivial changes to anything without having others review
the patches. You are NOT the owner of all the resource agents.
I appreciate your help, but this is twice when you've done something
which made a mess of things.
The first time was something you were specifically ordered NOT to do, so
I'm not very happy. It would not be a good thing for something like
this to happen again.
