On my v1-style configuration:

In:
/etc/ha.d/ha.cf

stonith wti_nps /etc/ha.d/conf/stonith.wti_nps
apiauth stonithd uid=root

Note: I'm pretty sure the 2nd line is not needed, but it won't break your
config to have it anyway :)

In /etc/ha.d/conf/stonith.wti_nps:
-----
XXX.YYY.ZZZ.WWW ultrasecretpassword
-----

The configuration file syntax depends on the plugin you use. Uteh the
following comment to learn the config file format:

# stonith -h
