define "just"?

the last one i see dates back to march, which is some time ago
(changing log messages doesn't count).

when bugs (not enhancements, i'm talking about actual bugs) go idle
for months, thats pretty much indicative of being unmaintained.

it doesn't help when the people assigned to it keep moving on, but it
still doesn't instill confidence.

sure, if someone starts looking at the ones that already exist.
1546 would be a nice start - that's a pretty fundamental problem.
