STONITH is the wrong name then.  Or maybe it should be STONITF (slap the other
node in the face [to wake it up)) or STONUTF (slap the other node upside the
head [*bonk* pay attention]).  Anyway.

The latest version supports ST_GENERIC_RESETs with SNMP RESETs.  If SNMP RESETs
are not available (user defined PDU), OFF + ON is used.
