The o2cb RA was a proof-of-concept, and it works for me here - its
intent was to replace the manual cluster.conf setup for OCFS2.
However, with the move towards openAIS, this is redundant, as OCFS2 will
use the same membership layer anyway, so I decided not to pursue it.
I left the code in because I actually liked the hack of using the CIB to
discover and distribute data, and the sync'ing via ssh. Maybe its useful
for someone else. ;-)
