Hi, The patch is now upstream at
http://hg.linux-ha.org/dev/rev/38ce26c62e35 with the following changes: - oracle_start replaced with oracle_start_backup_mode - the shutdown method pushed down to the lowermost layer to ensure consistent database management - most of the informative messages are removed - some editing for brevity The intention of the changes should be clearer now. Please test if you still have the possibility.
