The server got migrated last night and not everything has been

The majority of RAs come from the Heartbeat project (only a couple of
RAs specific to Pacemaker are shipped as part of that project), so

In such cases, both are available as they are installed with different
providers (ie. heartbeat vs. pacemaker).
And we can't delete the dups from heartbeat because people will still
be referencing them in their configurations.
