hook up a serial console (usb to serial is cheap), or try the netconsole
(google for it), or other capturing KVM thingy, and post that oops.
Even a png from the oops output is better than "opps that appears to be
in the linux md driver", but a real text capture with all that comes
before it, and the full stack trace is preferred.

Looking at the oops text may give some clue.
