No. You'll have to choose an old version of DRBD for those old kernels.

We run on lots of versions of Linux. But, it's possible the GUI or the
quorum server would need some newer libraries than come with RHAS 3. I
believe it should probably work though...
If you want to buy support from someone, you'd have to talk to someone
who sells support for Heartbeat. I don't sell that kind of support ;-).

Have you looked at your logs?

What resource agent are you using?
Have you looked at its parameters?
