i'm running the GUI that comes with 2.0.8, and note that far more often
than not, the up-n-down arrows for moving a resource around within a group
do nothing. 'Suspect a bug.
I've got the group stopped when i try to move a resource ('fearing
BadThings, etc). As one user in the forum suggested, i thought perhaps
all nodes had to be in standby mode to move a resource, but alas, that
doesn't seem to make a difference at this moment... tho it did seem to at
one (brief) point.
I have on very rare occasions seen it work, most recently when trying to
demo the problem to AlanR in person.
