+Cleanup resource
  # crm_resource -C -r resource_rokfids_dhcpd

  +Set resource to managed
  # crm_resource -p is_managed -r resource_rokfids_aims -t primitive -v true


If the resource goes back to unmanaged then probably something wrong with
the scripts.

run
# crm_verify -L -VVV

and review it's output.
