I left it at default (from RPM) figuring that was safest. I understand
now this is recommended to be maximum speed. However, it is not
obvious. I am using supermicro 6015p-8TR servers. No idea on what baud
speed can go to now but will try 64000 and 115200.

CentOS testing RPM from

What is the advantage of using this configuration? Presumably I can put
my resource group into a more defined and confident role?

I see an extremely long series of messages with Doug Knight @
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/linuxha/users/38717 which seems to
contain relevant config. I will try there.

Thanks,
