I met the same issue. Seems it went away with drbd
0.7.24.
I see you are running SLES 10 v2.6.16.21-0.8.
Novell hasn't yet released binary rpms of drbd v0.7.24
for your kernel build.
I can send you rpm spec files and a step by step
procedure to build the user rpm and the kernel rpm
from the drbd v0.7.24 source package, provided you
have what is needed to compile. Just send an email.
