I'm not quite up-to-date on the IBM cards, but I've heard that the latest models have dropped the clustering support (i.e. the self-fencing functionality).
Just wanted to pass on the warning - but DO check more closely, I may be wrong in your case. (the 6M doesn't sound recent...)
