There is a new version of the doc, for the now renamed HA Storage
Infrastructure (HASI); that has these details, using a Linux box to serve
iSCSI to the cluster. BTW, you can also cluster the iSCSI box too, e.g. 
over a small serial attached SCSI disk array, for serving iSCSI to a larger 
second-tier cluster. The new PDF will posted shortly.
