For this he needs the source packages.

And the Debian source packages which were created 
by making the packages are not on the server. Nor are the is tar-ball 
for the SLE10-SP1 (aka 2.1.0) release.

An alernative option would be to get the snapshot from the mercury
repository (with additioanl Horm patches used by the Debian
packages) and then build the package.

Not an easy task for someone who is not used to work with:
- mercury
- debian packaging system
