Hi List,

I have a strange problem, would appreciate help.

My two node names are both uppercase, as shown by uname -n. YaST2 as
well as /etc/ha.d/ha.cf show uppercase as well, but somehow in the
cib.xml, as well as in /var/lib/heartbeat/hostcache, I see lowercase
(see attached files). From the /var/log/messages, this seems to be
causing errors while performing some actions, because the lowercase
hostname is referred to. As an example, have a
look at the following line, where you can see my hostname LIN being
referred to in uppercase as well as lowercase:

Jun 25 11:37:12 LIN pengine: [7960]: info: native_print:     Xendata_
clone:0    (heartbeat::ocf:Filesystem):    Started lin FAILED

Two questions: (1) is this human error [if so, accept my sincere
apologies for bothering you with it] or something else and (2) is there
any way in which I can repair this problem?

(For more detail, have a look at the ha.cf and cib.xml attached to this
message, using Heartbeat version 2.0.8-0.19 on SLES 10.1 i386)

Thanks,
Sander
