SP1 calls itself 2.0.8, because we don't (usually) update the version
numbers on a released product. So, because we were based on a version
from upstream, we inherited that version number :-/
The package in SP1 is in fact based on a version from end of April, and
is a major update over the version which was available for SLES10 GA
before. (SLES10 GA shipped 2.0.5, was later updated to 2.0.7 and now to
2.0.8+ in SP1.)
We're working towards a new update as well, based on the link above,
too. If you want to test them, you're welcome ;-)
