Can anybody tell whether heartbeat can synchronize files between
primary and secondary during failover? And if so is it possible to
control this synchronization (Sync only when necessary).
Take a look at DRBD (www.drbd.org) and drbdlinks
(http://www.tummy.com/Community/software/drbdlinks/)
This might be able to do what you want.
