You must have STONITH to prevent resources from being started twice in
case of a split-brain scenario.

You must have more than one cluster communication medium to have a
supported configuration.

You need to at least include the exact heartbeat version you're running
and the relevant logs if you want help, because it is otherwise
impossible to know what is going on.
