is /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.50506 still around?
i just checked the spec file and i dont see anything job-control related

its possible - though its not at all obvious to me what its complaining about

can you run
        ocf-tester -v -n DemoDummy $RADIR/Dummy
and post the output here?

Based on (only) that error, it doesn't look too bad to me.
