Hi all, I did some tests with HAv2 (2.1.0) and OCFS2 on SLES SP1. Sometimes it happens that - if I turn off one node of the 2-node-cluster immediately - the other node does self fencing initiated by the OCFS stack.
So, now I'm wondering. I thought, that HAv2 takes the administrative role of the OCFS-cluster and is in charge of fencing the nodes. I looked around in the OCFS-RA (mengled with Filesystem-RA) and couldn't find some code that disables the standard OCFS-fencing. 1) Has anyone experience with HAv2 + OCFS+ SLES 10 and van enligt me? 2) Is there a way to disable the OCFS triggered self fencing mechanism?
