Yes, I've noticed these appearing too. They are not very
informative either. Must be annoying. I'll see if I can make them
disappear.  Otherwise, you shouldn't worry about it: it happens
when a stonith client wants to disconnect from stonithd, but it
was not connected in the first place.

An interesting problem. Can't say anything without logs, just
that it is unexpected that 2.1.2 misbehaves when compared to
2.0.8.
