Depends on how you'd define supported. Of course, it should work.

Where did you get this rpm? On my opensuse 10.2:
$ ldconfig -p | grep libgnutls
libgnutls.so.13 (libc6) => /usr/lib/libgnutls.so.13

You could try to compile yourself. Or complain to whomever issued
the rpms.
