[Linux-HA] LZO requirement in interim RPMs

The SRPM from 
http://software.opensuse.org/download/server:/ha-clustering has a build 
time requirement on LZO. I can see no reference to LZO in configure - 
can someone explain to me why the requirement is there in the SPEC file? 
Everything appears to work fine without it, and I see no log messages 
complaining about LZO being missing...
