I think this is the issue, but I wanted to get some confirmation of this behavior. I believe it's this bug:
http://developerbugs.linux-foundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1784

I have two pairs of load balancers setup in a LVS-DR scheme. On each pair, one machine is RHEL 3, and the other is a recently migrated Fedora Core 6. The Red Hat machines run flawlessly and have done so for years now. On the FC6 machines, a VIP that's also assigned to the local host adapter (lo:0 with arping turned off) is not brought up for some reason. The other VIPs start up fine and I get no error messages regarding the one that doesn't. It's almost like it's not even in my config.

Does anybody have a good work around for this behavior?
Heartbeat ver. 2.0.8-1

Thanks!

Kelly
