I've been burning brain cells pondering this as well, but there is no
single solution that seems to stand out. I have no working code

just thinking the process through in my head.
two location constraints with role=Master in their rules
just make sure you have the latest interim build
master slave is very poorly documented - even for heartbeat - but i
hope to rectify that situation soon-ish
