Yes, but you have to stop the cluster first.
infinitely more preferred is:
cibadmin -Q > tmp.xml
vi tmp.xml
cibadmin -R -x tmp.xml
you dont even need to stop the cluster this way....

the GUI. I suppose that you need to cover first the basics.
