It's a permission problem:

ccm[2400]: 2007/12/20_01:08:51 ERROR: socket_wait_conn_new: unlink 
failure(/var/run/heartbeat/ccm/ccm): Permission denied

The permissions should be:

# ls -l /var/run/heartbeat/ccm/

srwxrwxrwx 1 hacluster haclient    0 Dec 19 10:17 ccm
