Hi list,

using Heartbeat 2.1.2, there is a strange behaviour after starting heartbeat. Everything works fine but lrmd is eating up lots of memory and generating a huge load on both nodes (2-node-setup). I have several other heartbeat2-clusters, which didn't behave so?! Any pointers?

Let me know if other files or logs needed

Here's the output from "top":
PID USER PR NI VIRT RES SHR S %CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND
3534 root 18 0 239m 187m 1528 R 33 3.2 6833:35 lrmd

and a snippet of ha.log:
Jan 3 19:09:24 k757 lrmd: [3534]: WARN: G_SIG_dispatch: Dispatch function for SIGCHLD took too long to execute: 120 ms (> 30 ms) (GSource: 0x618a78) Jan 3 19:09:34 k757 lrmd: [3534]: WARN: G_SIG_dispatch: Dispatch function for SIGCHLD took too long to execute: 130 ms (> 30 ms) (GSource: 0x618a78) Jan 3 19:09:42 k757 lrmd: [3534]: WARN: G_SIG_dispatch: Dispatch function for SIGCHLD took too long to execute: 130 ms (> 30 ms) (GSource: 0x618a78) Jan 3 19:09:45 k757 lrmd: [3534]: WARN: G_SIG_dispatch: Dispatch function for SIGCHLD took too long to execute: 130 ms (> 30 ms) (GSource: 0x618a78)
[and so on...]

Regards
/Marian
