There ist the build service fom SuSE, which includes a lot of
distributions.

Normally it is quite good mainntained, but at the moment the debian
etch
packeges there are still 2.1.2, when 2.1.3 is available now. So I
asked.
The packages are pretty close to what ended up in 2.1.3
I'll be updating them in the next week or so.
