what is the best way to tell heartbeat to restart ressource? For example
I have a high available nagios and want to restart it because I touched
the configuration. I thought about using:
crm_resource -r nagios -p target_role -v stopped
sleep 60;
cibadmin -D -X '<nvpair id="nagios-target_role" name="target_role"
value="stopped"/>'
