from what I have seen. Ipmilan is disabled per default. And btw. it is
also broken in the 2.1.3 codebase. So even if you would go with
--enable-ipmilan or whatever the option is named, it would break with a
build error because one or two brackets are missing. Nevertheless what
you're facing is a static build dependency in the spec file, just search
for it and kick it out. After that you should be good to go.
