Goal is to have a two cluster node with an active/passive apache2

The setup is two nodes with Ubuntu 7.04 with (ConfigureME configure/
make/install) hearbeat 2.1.3.
that release comes with hb_report
you can use it to create a comprehensive report of the issue (logs,
full configs, etc) which we can then use to help you properly
